Is this book for you?

Written for the moment you know something has to change.

You feel stuck, not broken

Your life works on paper, but it no longer fits. You want change without a dramatic exit.

You've read the advice

You know the theory. What's missing is a pace you can keep on an ordinary Tuesday.

You're starting after a loss

A move, a breakup, a layoff, an empty house. You need a first step that isn't the whole staircase.

The Inventory

Before you add anything new, take ten minutes to list what's taking up space: commitments, worries, unfinished promises. Seeing it on paper is often the first relief.

Try tonight: Write three things you're carrying that you didn't choose.
